Spoil Mom with Japanese Cherry Blossoms!

I bought some gorgeous paper at The Paper Source when I was in Chicago and made some Mother’s Day cards for my Etsy store.

I am in love with this paper! It’s handmade in Japan, and absolutely incredible IRL.  Definitely a fitting splurge of beauty for Mom on her special day!

Each card includes a lined, matching envelope; this is the first time I’ve done this, and I’m really happy with the results.

I can’t even pick my favourite, I love them all!  The cherry blossom stamps are also from The Paper Source, and are heat embossed in gold; sentiment is from Stampin’ Up.

Happy Friday!

Let the war begin

I went out on my balcony to set up the patio set, so I could enjoy the outside while I type up some reports…and this is what I found:

That damn squirrel!! I’m going to win the war this year…I just haven’t figured out exactly how…I have a few ideas, but they may or may not be legal.

Happy Wednesday!

More Bo Bunny with a splash of Unity

Here are the other Easter cards I made for my mom;

I warned you I was going to use this layout again! It’s just perfect for so many occasions!

I choose a different layout and one of my favourite Unity Easter stamps and created this one:

This one is going into my all-time favourite pile!

This little bunny is just so cute!

I’ll be home this weekend celebrating Easter with my family and friends (and of course my dog Bailey); I hope you all have a great holiday weekend;

Happy Easter!

Punch Bunny!

Here’s a simple Easter card I made for my mom.

I used SU Kraft for the base and Old Olive for the mat.  I love this jumbo roller, but for the life of me, can’t remember what it’s called- it’s inked in Chocolate chip.

I used MS bunny punch and lined each rabbit with a different piece of that lovely Bo Bunny Flutter Nutter paper.  A simple “Happy Easter” stamp and voila!

I’ll be sharing some more Easter cards tomorrow, featuring, you guessed it! more Bo Bunny paper! :)

Happy Thursday!
